Let's look at this a slightly different way. Long time followers here get that Humans Are The Currency. Debt notes are issued against the ability to deliver Humans in some way, either through bodies themselves, work, taxes, energy etc.
So CCP issues credit on the software. But why? The Software company could have gone full blown Crowdstrike and IPO'd to the tune of billions - no profit needed. But they didn't, why?
CCP could have just pirated the software, and consumed the company with it reemerging as Patriot Protected Voting Systems. But they didn't, why?
What was exchanged? HUMANS. CCP got HUMAN VOTES = energy = commitment = control, through the transaction. So CCP wants Biden in, in exchange for the HUMANS agreeing to this, CCP issues debt notes of some ilk to some goons to make it happen: Humans As Currency. What's the big deal?
Software goons failed to deliver the Humans.
Just a thought on that. Q has mentioned HRC debt and renOgade debt not being paid because they failed to control the WH. Now software goons failed to deliver AGAIN on the promise to pay. CCP = Mafia.

It's not too late, Scurfie!! There are SO many Patriots praying & working to restore this country to The People. We have to remember that Prayer IS a Powerful Weapon!!!
That cabal that took out JFK & murdered so many on 9/11 needs to be taken down & we are doing it!!!
I think we are still just learning how our country was sold out to the CCP. I hope it's not too late.
